Mildred “Mindy” Feller, age 87, of Milford passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in Milford Healthcare. She was born on December 27, 1930 in Bridgeport to the late Ermelinda Calogero. Early on she was employed as a key punch operator for Bullard Inc. A doting and dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her son Gary Feller and his wife Lorilynn, daughter Nancy Pedron and her husband Herlan all of Milford, brother Ralph Rodia of Oxford, sister Victoria Kolcun of Milford, grandchildren Ian Feller and his wife Mariel of New Hampshire, Adam Feller of California, Emma Mars and her husband Tim and Marisa Pedron all of Milford, Alana Pedron and her fiancé Adam Barba of Pennsylvania, and her great grandson Bennett Feller of New Hampshire. She also is survived by her dear friend and companion, Eleanor Ullrich. Besides her mother, she is predeceased by her loving husband Milton Feller, brothers Thomas, Daniel, Alfred and Anthony Rodia along with sisters Mafalda Rodia, Jane Seeley, Phyllis Renzulli, Angeline Zakhar and Josephine McCashion. Calling hours are Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 5pm to 8pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 9th in Christ the Redeemer Church, 325 Oronoque Rd., Milford at 11am. Interment will follow in Milford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Constellation Healthcare (Hospice Services) or the Diabetes Foundation.
