Jason R. Jacobs age 47, of Milford, passed away on Tuesday March 10, 2020. Jason was born in Bridgeport, April 25, 1972, Son of Linda Sears and the late Joe Jacobs. He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene. He is the beloved father of: Jason Jr., Grandfather of Noah, and son in law to Dave Weyant, Siblings, William (Carla) Lepley, Jennifer, and Adam (Sarah) Jacobs, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Christine and mother in law, Dorothy Weyant.
