Obituary for Vincent Louis DeLillo

Vincent Louis DeLillo was born August 4,1988 to Louis DeLillo and Iris DePhillips. Vincent passed away suddenly on April 13, 2020. He spent the first few years of his life living in Maspeth, NY before moving to Milford, CT, a city which he was proud to call home. Vincent graduated from Foran High School in 2006 and went on to study at Southern New Hampshire University where he was working towards a degree in Sports Management. Vincent had a passion for writing and a natural talent with words. He was frequently published on the “Bleacher Report”, an online sports journalism platform. An avid sports fan, Vincent loved watching the Yankees, Jets, and Rangers, and attending games with friends and family. Vincent was loved by all. He was a genuinely kind young man whom anyone could depend on and knew the importance of his family. He always entered and exited the room the same way; with an infectious smile. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Vincent is survived by his father, Louis DeLillo and step-mother Sara Burns; his mother Iris DePhillips and step-father Edward J DePhillips. His sisters Jessica Lynn Frinhani and her husband Bryan Frinhani, Audrey DeLillo, and his brother, Jacob Burns. Vincent was most excited about recently becoming an uncle to his twin nieces Luna Raine and Leila Grace who he absolutely adored. Many aunts and uncles including Numa Albornoz(Lisa),Phillip Albornoz, Rosemary DeLillo, John DeLillo, Patrick DeLillo (Carrie), along with many cousins. Vincent also leaves behind the love of his life, Christina Scalise who he deeply cared for. He was pre deceased by his grandparents; Numa Albornoz Sr. and Evelyn Albornoz,Vincent DeLillo and Helen DeLillo, and his aunt Nancy Moody
