Pre-Payment Options

There are a growing number of options available to the public today when seeking to preplan and prepay their final expenses. We can tailor a plan that's right for you. From single pay options to multiple pay plans, our staff would be pleased to outline the choices available.

Pre-paying can protect you and your family from future inflationary trends while providing the piece of mind of knowing that they will be cared for after you are gone. Below you will find more detailed explanations of the plans that we have available. If you would like to request an appointment after you have reviewed this information, we would be pleased to have one of our staff go over any additional questions you might have.

Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home offers a variety of plans including those needed for application of Title 19. We are willing to assit you in EVERY aspect of the prearrangment process, whether you are looking to cover the costs at our facility or the outside costs associated with the funeral or cemetery.

NEW DONATION PROGRAM

We at Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home are trying to help the community at a time when raising money is unusually hard.  We are running a program for a limited time, where we will donate to the charities, churches or organizations of ones choice, 5% of all prearrangements for merchandise and services that are fully funded starting June 1, 2008.

The advantages of prearranging are many.  First and foremost, we guarantee to lock in the price, so no additional monies will be due at the time of death.  Unfortunately, not every funeral home does that.  Second it tells your family exactly what you want.  Third, the financing isn’t a problem at the time of your death.  Fourth, this helps the family to find peace of mind and can handle other problems that may arise at that time.

Unlike some other funeral homes, we put your money into a trust not insurance and take NO commission for setting it up.

This program will hold true for people being sent out to other states or being shipped in from other states.  If you have fully funded arrangements with another funeral home and would like to transfer to our firm, the donation would be given at the time when the monies are transferred.

We believe this program will help the whole community.

If you have any questions on this program please feel free to contact Winthrop or Dan at the office at 874-2588  or email the director.
