Al, Deb, Roberta, and Carl, I will always remember her smile and hearing “ I’m gonna give it to you if you don’t watch out “ as she shook her fist at me. I will miss stopping by the table in the dining room to chat and have a laugh or two . She shared stories of “Nanny Goat Park, the section of Stratford where the Italian families lived and she grew up with my father and uncles. The First District Improvement Club where the neighborhood held family outings was a topic a few times, and she laughed when I told her that the club name had been changed and now was Fastest Drinkers In Connecticut ! She will be missed, and I will miss her for the fun and shared memories of the old days and ways in a neighborhood that is no longer how we experienced it. You have you wings now Gloria, watch over your family , may you Rest In Peace With perpetual light shining upon you
