Christopher M. DeRubis, age 42 of Milford, passed away July 30, 2018. Christopher was born in Stamford, September 6, 1975, son of Christine Dziadow DeRubis and the late Mario J. DeRubis, Jr. He was currently employed Yellow Box Company of Trumbull where he was a Warehouse Manager. He is the loving father of his children Christopher M. DeRubis, Jr., Kaelyn, Vienna, and Madison DeRubis. He is also survived by his brother Michael DeRubis, his sister Christin DeRubis, his maternal grandmother Stella Dziadow, his aunt Grace Narveson and uncle Carl, his nephew Giuseppe Stern, and several cousins and second cousins. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brother Mario J. DeRubis, III. Calling hours will be held Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 12pm to 4pm at Smith Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday August 6, 2018 at 11am at St. Mary Church, Milford. Interment will follow at King’s Highway Cemetery, Milford.
