Ann K. Young, age 92, of Norway, Maine, formerlly of Milford, CT, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 in Stephen’s Memorial Hospital, in Norway. She was born on March 19, 1926 in Bridgeport to the late Kalman Kish and Mary O’Driscoll, Kish. Before her career as a home maker, she was employed by the Southern New England Telephone Co. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her dedicated sons Richard Young and his wife Patricia of, Oxford, ME and Michael Young of Oxford, CT, her brother Kalman Kish of Milford, CT, five grandchildren, Sharon Nightengale, Rachel Young, Jennifer Paul, Brianna Young and Brendan Young, 3 great grandchildren, Scarlett and Sterling Paul and Charlotte Young and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband George Young, and her brother William Kish. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 10:30am in St. Mary’s Church, Gulf St., Milford. Interment will follow in Park Cemetery in Bridgeport. Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford is handling the arrangements.
