Anthony J. Marino, age 76 of Milford, passed away May 27, 2018. Anthony was born in Bridgeport, June 27, 1941, son of the late James and Katherine Monda Marino. Mr. Marino was an English Teacher for Hamden High School for 35 years until his retirement. His passion was his family, English Literature, and traveling. He is survived by his daughter Kathryn Giordano and her husband Richard of Milford, his granddaughters Elizabeth Parent, and Haley Marino, his brother James Marino and his wife Dorothy of Milford, his sister Lucille Ceresa of Milford, his aunt Lucy Martin of Bridgeport, his daughter-in-law Kimberly Marino of Uncasville, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sons John and Christopher Marino. Calling hours will be held Friday June 1 from 4pm to 7pm at Smith Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford. A prayer service will be held during calling hours at 6:30pm. Interment will be private.
