Beverly Ann Kupson, age 86 of West Haven, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2018. Beverly was born on April 22, 1931 in Meadville, PA to loving parents Paul Alfred Gepner and Virginia Peters. She was raised in Erie, PA and graduated from Erie Technical High School in 1949. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Hamden, CT with her family where she met her husband, Edward Kupson. They were married on July 18, 1953 and later blessed with four children.
Beverly was a loving mother and a doting grandmother. She loved to cook for her family and relished family celebrations. She was an accomplished pianist and passionate reader. She enjoyed her gardens and bird watching. She had a reputation for spoiling her pets.
She is predeceased by her husband Edward who passed in 1985. She is survived by her four children: Debra Gamble (Richard) of Clifton Park, NY; Cindy Kupson of West Haven, CT; Jeffry Kupson (Kelli) of Milford, CT and Jonathan Kupson (Jane Grossman) of Hamden, CT. She has five grandchildren: Corey Gamble (Gina) of Ballston Spa, NY; Mathew Gamble of Clifton Park, NY; Hannah Kupson, Andrew Kupson, and Sarah Kupson, all of Milford, CT; and two great-grandchildren: Oliver and Rhys Gamble, both of Ballston Spa, NY.
