Condolence: I was saddened to learn of Bill’s death. I worked at the State Capitol in Hartford when Bill represented Milford and West Haven as state representative. He was an active, dynamic advocate on behalf of our communities. I have the deepest regard for Bill and we owe him a debt of gratitude for his commitment to public service.
