Jack Warren, age 62, formerly of West Haven, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in hospice in Huntersville, NC after a 5 year courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was born on July 8, 1955. He graduated from Germantown High School in Philadelphia, PA. He worked at Milford Transit for 28 years as a popular van/bus driver. He was very proud to serve as a US Marine stationed in Germany. Semper Fi.

Left to mourn him are his daughter Kuanisha Smalls and granddaughter Olivia, his step daughter Ebony Kee and grandchildren Rob Jr and Sierra of Charlotte, NC, brothers Major Warren, Jr. (Vanessa) of Virginia, Richard (Jacqueline), Jimmie and Jesse Warren of New Haven, sister Mazetta Moore of Philadelphia, PA, and many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Major and Lubertha Warren, his uncles Sammie and Sylvester Thompson of Philadelphia, PA. He so loved his family and friends everyday of his life.

His memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
